Here's my photo for week 2 of the challenge. This week is Technical: Straight out of the Camera. I decided to go to Garden of the Gods on Thursday morning during the "Golden Hour" to hopefully get a stunning photo that needs no editing. That morning was rough, I didn't wake up early enough to park and hike to the visitors center to get the iconic shot since the gates don't open that early. So I had to settle on the mesa overlook, which is still an awesome view of the park, but my "Golden Hour" was dwindling away. So the image is not quite what I was hoping for, but I needed to get a photo for the challenge, so it will do. Hope you guys like it. Look forward to hearing your feedback and comments.
Now it's off to figure out what to do for the next challenge, which is Artistic: Land.
Huh, I should have looked ahead and used this photo. It's ok, we have a bunch of cool spots here in Colorado to complete this challenge.
